Ripon College has been ranked as the school that produces the highest earning graduates in the state of Wisconsin, and has also earned the #4 spot as one of the best schools for Health and Wellness majors in Wisconsin.
Ripon College has been ranked No. 2 of the 25 best colleges in Wisconsin by College Choice. The organization based its rankings on academic quality and return on investment.
Ripon ranks second in Wisconsin and 21st in the Midwest for “Best Bang for the Buck” for helping non-wealthy students attain marketable degrees at affordable prices, according to Washington Monthly.
Top 10 WI Best Value Colleges
Ripon College ranked 1st among all private liberal arts colleges in Wisconsin for “Best Value.” Ripon ranked 9th among all colleges and universities in Wisconsin and 3rd among all private colleges in the state, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.
National Communication Association (NCA)
The Ripon College Communication Department received the 2014 Rex Mix Program of Excellence Award from the National Communication Association recognizing the best undergraduate communication program in America.
The UW Oshkosh ROTC program, which includes Ripon College, St. Norbert College, UW-Green Bay and Marian University, has been named the top ROTC program among 43 college and university programs in the north central United States.

The Princeton Review
Ripon College is one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduate education, according to The Princeton Review. Only about 15 percent of the country’s 2,500 four-year colleges and two colleges outside the United States are profiled, with detailed profiles and rating scores in eight categories.
Ripon College is ranked the No. 2 school in Wisconsin for being focused on studies of political science and government, according to the website collegefactual.com. “A university or college focused on your major means you are very likely to have great opportunities awaiting you after graduation,” the report states. “It’s difficult to beat Ripon College if you wish to study Political Science & Government.”
America’s Best Colleges
Ripon College is the top national liberal arts school in Wisconsin and 22nd in the nation for colleges that promote social mobility, according to U.S.News & World Report. The ranking measures schools’ success at supporting their students from low-income families and rates them based on the graduation rates of those students. U.S.News also ranks Ripon first in Wisconsin and 27th nationally for “Best Value.”
