Ripon ranks number 1 for the highest minority graduation rate of all colleges and universities, according to a ranking by Alliance College-Ready Public Schools. Alliance identified 150 colleges with the highest minority graduation rates of 75 percent or higher among the 4,200 institutions.
Ripon College has been ranked as the school that produces the highest earning graduates in the state of Wisconsin, and has also earned the #4 spot as one of the best schools for Health and Wellness majors in Wisconsin.

The Ripon College Communication Department received the 2014 Rex Mix Program of Excellence Award from the National Communication Association recognizing the best undergraduate communication program in America.
