Our 2020-2021 fiscal year is coming to a close! If you haven't already, we ask you to consider making a giftprior to June 30. We'd be honored to list you as an annual donor this year.
The Ripon Fund provides flexible and immediate impact resources, enabling the College to respond to pressing financial needs and to seize new opportunities. In essence, it supports the campus’s greatest need and serves as a crucial component of the College’s primary revenue sources, tuition and endowment.
As we look ahead, we know Ripon College will continue to evolve, while still holding true to the values and traditions for which it is known. Many of our alumni and friends have expressed a desire to support specific aspects of the Ripon experience that mean the most to them. With that request in mind, we are happy to provide the opportunity to select where you would like to see your Ripon Fund gift applied.
100% of Ripon students receive some form of financial aid. In 2019-2020 the Ripon Fund played a significant role in keeping the average annual out-of-pocket cost for a student below $12,000. Gifts to the Ripon Fund help make the Ripon College the most affordable private college in Wisconsin, continuing our tradition of providing students a level of financial assistance that has met the financial needs of all families.
Successful renewal, recruitment and retention of an accomplished, diverse faculty will enable Ripon to sustain and enhance our leadership in undergraduate teaching; significantly improve faculty and program quality in key disciplines; and set the standard for interdisciplinary collaboration in areas of critical social importance.
Attracting and inspiring the next generation of faculty, staff and students depend on our ability to provide a natural and physical environment that fosters creativity and facilitates academic discovery. Our historic buildings, designed for the academic needs of past generations, need to be continuously updated to accommodate the constantly emerging new learning technologies.
99% of students live on campus, experiencing formal and informal interactions that foster a sense of community, personal and intellectual growth, civic responsibility and appreciation for diversity. Ripon Fund support enables our students to break free of their current constraints and allows them to pursue their passions and realize a truly personalized education.
By helping meet their most pressing and immediate needs, the Emergency Assistance Fund provides students, faculty, and staff the ability to overcome the difficult obstacles presented by the coronavirus pandemic.
