Description: Red-figured cover decorated with two female heads in profile, each wearing a saccos, with palmettes between them.

Date: Late 4th century BCE

Description: Red-figured cover, slightly domed. Repeated design of four schematic female heads in profile, each wearing a saccos, with palmettes between them, around a central black disc where a handle, now lost, was attached.

Culture: Etruscan (Faliscan)

Item: Plate

Date: 4th century BCE

Description: Red-figured, shallow plate with base. Yellowish clay. The tondo decorated in brownish black varnish with a woman's profile in reverse, framed by spiral waves. Named after an inscription on one such plate of a Latin or Faliscan lady, Poplia Genucilie. Frequently dedicated at sanctuaries.
