R Connections Webinar (Spring 2021) | Personal Well-Being, A Yoga Perspective

Maintaining or developing a personal wellness routine has never felt more relevant. Listen in as we discuss strategies for becoming more resilient, adaptable and intuitive with more confidence and less fear. We will assess the topic of mental health and mindfulness using a yoga perspective; considering social conditioning, internal narratives and seeing ‘behind the lens’ (self awareness). The webinar will also include some suggestions for at-home or in-office wellness strategies and/or physical practice.
