Does the May 1 deadline still apply for incoming freshmen?
The deadline to submit your enrollment deposit and secure a spot in the Class of 2024 has been extended to June 1.

Will admission decisions be delayed?
The Ripon College Office of Admission will still process applications as normal. We do not expect any delays in returning admission decisions at this time. However, we are unable to mail admission packets at this time, so all admission decisions will be released electronically.

Will I still receive my scholarship and financial aid notification letter?
The Ripon College Office of Admission and Office of Financial Aid will still process scholarship and financial aid offers as usual. These decisions will be shared electronically at this time.

What if I have questions about my financial aid offer?
The Office of Financial Aid will still be available to answer your questions. We encourage you to contact us at (920) 748-8358 or [email protected] between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm. You can also get in touch with your admission counselor with questions.

Can I reschedule my campus tour?
You can reschedule your visit for May 15 or later at In the meantime, we encourage you to check out our virtual tour and explore some of the same great spots that you would have seen on campus.

Is Accepted Student Day still happening this year?
Following recommendations from the CDC, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person Accepted Student Day this spring. Please stay tuned for more information as we look to include virtual opportunities to connect with Class of 2024 classmates.

Is Sophomore/Junior Open House still happening this year?
Following recommendations from the CDC, we have canceled our upcoming Sophomore/Junior Open House. Our Fall Preview Day will be open to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors and we will keep you updated as details become finalized.

Are there opportunities to meet with Ripon College admission counselors during this time?
Register for a virtual visit appointment with a Ripon College admission counselor to have a personal conversation about your path to becoming a member of the Ripon College Family. Time slots are available on weekdays between 10 am – 12 pm and 1 – 3 pm CST.

Are there any changes to Summer Orientation?
As of the moment we are planning to hold Summer Orientation on campus in June. As the COVID-19 situation unfolds, we may need to change that and will provide alternative plans at that time.

My high school/college or university is allowing me to take my course work for the spring semester as pass/fail. Will this impact my admission or scholarship decision at Ripon College?
No, taking courses pass/fail for the Spring 2020 semester will not have a negative impact on your admission or scholarship decision from Ripon College. High School students are still required to submit a final high school transcript with a graduation date on it prior to enrolling in the fall.
