The Multicultural Mentoring Program is an opportunity for first-year students to be paired with an upper-class mentor. The program focuses on the academic, cultural, and social integration of students. Participants will build a network of knowledge and support on campus resources, cultural identity development, and community awareness. The goal of the program is to ease the transition of domestic ethnic minority and international students arriving on Ripon’s campus.
