Fifty-six upperclassmen call the 29,000-square-foot Campus Apartments home. Opened in the fall of 2007, the Campus Apartments consist of 14 four-bedroom units, each with its own kitchen and lavatory, and wireless internet access throughout. Elegant brick hallways, rich carpeting, Corian countertops and window sills, and cathedral ceilings on the third floor make this an exciting new living option for Ripon College students.
Public spaces in this building include the community room and formal lobby, both of which are large, open spaces with lots of natural light. Numerous student groups use these areas for meetings and club events. Additionally, an elevator makes this the second fully accessible residence hall on campus.
Preference for living in this facility is given to upcoming seniors who have not had any on-campus conduct violations during their junior year. To live in this building, students complete an application in the spring as groups of four. One cumulative GPA is calucated for all four students by averaging the credit hours and honor points earned of all four students. Seven apartments are then given to men, and seven to women.
