Ripon College Democrats
The
College Democrats are the representatives of the national Democratic
Party on the Ripon College campus. The organization provides
a voice to progressive students who believe in the principles
and ideas of the Party and would like to be involved with it.
We fight for equality for all Americans regardless of their race,
gender, social class, religion or sexual orientation. Our goal
is to recruit and train students who share our ideas and goals
for participation in all forms of political activism, with special
emphasis on electing Democratic officials, as well as promoting
the ideas and goals of the Democratic Party to the Ripon College
community and the general public. |

College Republicans
The College Republicans believe it is necessary
for individuals to participate in the political process not only
by voting, but by being active members in the great debate of
ideas. The two primary objectives of the College Republicans
are to facilitate the election of Republican candidates throughout
the state and to spread the message of conservatism. The College
Republicans want to help college students become well-informed
participants in the continuing debate which drives our political
system. Through participation, Ripon College students can develop
the leadership and vision necessary to become vital members in
shaping the future of America. |
