Black Student Union (BSU)
Ripon College’s Black Student Union comprises students from many different backgrounds. The purpose of the Black Student Union is to decrease ignorance and encourage diversity on campus. This goal can be accomplished through activities that both educate and promote understanding of the dynamics involved in race relations and diversification. To complete the process, the Black Student Union must be willing to assist others toward the path of respecting and accepting people of color.
Cultural Diversity Club
Our goal is to promote the study of foreign languages and cultures through some of the following activities: movies, poetry readings, presentations about different countries, dances, sponsoring of speakers and musicians, study breaks and other activities such as the International Dinner. Our objective is to offer insight about racial and ethnic diversity.
