Ripon ranks number 1 for the highest minority graduation rate of all colleges and universities, according to a ranking by Alliance College-Ready Public Schools. Alliance identified 150 colleges with the highest minority graduation rates of 75 percent or higher among the 4,200 institutions.
Ripon College has been ranked No. 2 of the 25 best colleges in Wisconsin by College Choice. The organization based its rankings on academic quality and return on investment.
Ripon ranks 18 among all national liberal arts colleges for its contribution to the public good on social mobility, research and service. Ripon ranks third in the Midwest for “Best Bang for the Buck” – which recognizes colleges that are doing the best job of helping non-wealthy students attain marketable degrees at affordable prices.
Ripon is one of the most affordable private colleges in the country, according to Money Magazine. Money ranked Ripon 26 of the 50 schools on its list and second among all private colleges in Wisconsin.

Ripon College ranked 1st among all private liberal arts colleges in Wisconsin for “Best Value.” Ripon ranked 9th among all colleges and universities in Wisconsin and 3rd among all private colleges in the state, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.
2015 President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll
79 percent of Ripon College students engaged in community service in academic year 2015-2016, logging a total of 5,115 community service hours.
National Communication Association (NCA)
The Ripon College Communication Department received the 2014 Rex Mix Program of Excellence Award from the National Communication Association recognizing the best undergraduate communication program in America.
The UW Oshkosh ROTC program, which includes Ripon College, St. Norbert College, UW-Green Bay and Marian University, has been named the top ROTC program among 43 college and university programs in the north central United States.
