Ripon College Podcasts are available in two file types: MP3 and AAC. The MP3 version is downloadable because it will play on pretty much any digital audio device. AAC files, at this point, will only play on iPods. So...

If you have an iPod, click the "Subscribe via iTunes" link, download the podcast(s) you want, and either copy them over to your iPod or simply allow it to sync. If you'd prefer to download the MP3, import it to your iTunes library and go from there, you can. It just adds a step or two.

If you have something other than an iPod, click "Download MP3" and choose "Save." Some devices work like little hard drives and you can save it directly to the device from this window, with no audio file manager like Windows Media Player to get in the way.

If you need to use some sort of program to add or remove files on your device, just open up that program, import the file you saved into your library or playlist and copy it over to your device.
