Speak up

We care about your satisfaction! We use a variety of methods for continuous feedback about our performance. Comment Cards are provided in each dining location for your questions, comments and suggestions. Responses are posted as quickly as possible. Also, at various times throughout the year, Sodexho will conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Dining Focus Groups and Food Committee meetings to offer a forum for your thoughts regarding the campus dining services. Of course, the team of managers and the chef is always available, so if you have a question just ask.

Delicious Perks

Special Dietary Needs:
  • Our team is experienced in accommodating special diets for our guests who have a medical need on an individual basis. We strive to provide a complete, convenient dining experience for those with special requirements.
  • Special diets: If you are on a special diet by doctor's orders or because of religious reasons, arrangements can be made to provide for your dining needs through Sodexho at ext. 170. These meals will count against your board plan.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Should you find it necessary to obtain a take-out meal because of student teaching, please contact the Executive Chef at ext. 170 to obtain assistance. This lunch or dinner will count as one of your meals on your board plan.

Meals on the Run:

  • We understand how hectic the life of a college student can be, with athletics, clubs and jobs in addition to classes. That is why we started Grab 'n' Go, located just inside the Commons Food Court.  A meal consists of a freshly made sandwich or salad, along with chips, fruit, beverage and cookies. A swipe of your card and you are on your way. Fast and convenient.

Our outstanding catering services are always available to the students, faculty and staff of Ripon College. Whether your event is large or small, an office party or an elegant reception, a group event, fieldtrip, meeting or other special event, we have the expertise and commitment necessary to provide outstanding catering services. Call us at (920) 748-8170; on campus, you can dial 170 to discuss catering possibilities, as well as our Casual Catering menus designed specifically for student budgets!
