Ripon College invites applications for a half-time (10-month) Executive Director for the Ripon College Ethical Leadership Program. Applicants should have an advanced degree, some administrative experience and a working familiarity with issues and principles in ethics and leadership. Incumbent must be able to work collaboratively with faculty and administrators to develop and sustain curricular and co-curricular programs.

The Executive Director has supervisory responsibility over the Associate Director and has managerial responsibility for developing and administering the program budget and for all elements of the Ethical Leadership Program. 

Salary level will be commensurate with experience and position requirements. The position currently is funded for two years, beginning July 1, 2008. Continuation of the position is contingent upon the availability of funding.
