Ripon College invites applications and nominations for an Admission Counselor reporting to the Vice President and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid. The incumbent will be responsible for a full range of recruitment activities for a designated geographic territory, representing the College at on- and off-campus events, counseling prospective students on the college selection process, conducting interviews, evaluating applications and other projects as assigned.

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to and the ability to articulate the value of liberal arts education, a high level of energy and an ability to contribute as a member of a team. Incumbent must be willing to travel extensively and to work evenings and weekends during certain times of the year. Prior work experience, particularly in a selective college environment, is desirable. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
