The Office of Conferences and Contract Services handles a variety of responsibilities. The principal responsibility is overseeing and coordinating the Summer Conference Programs on campus. Some of these programs include Badger Boys State, Higher Level Basketball camps and tournaments, the Upward Bound five-week educational program, the Wisconsin Association of School Councils camps- Level I and III, EAA AirVenture housing and Just For Kix dance camp. Alumni Weekend and Summer Orientation also are events held on campus each summer that receive support from the Office of Conference and Contract Services.

The office also manages summer student housing, the Caestecker Fine Arts Series, reservation of facilities for off-campus groups during the academic year, television and refrigerator rental for students, and contracted services on campus.
