Dear EAA Enthusiast:

Greetings from the Conference Services staff at Ripon College. Ripon College once again is offering lodging in our Residence Halls for EAA visitors. We would like to give you the opportunity to reserve rooms at this time.

The 2009 EAA Fly-In will run from Monday, July 27, through Sunday, Aug. 2. We will be lodging guests from Sunday, July 26, through Tuesday, Aug. 4. Each guest is entitled to a complimentary full breakfast every morning at the Pickard Commons Dining Hall from 6 to 8 a.m. The breakfast will include a variety of hot breakfast entrees, fruits, pastries, meats, coffee and juices.

Features Ripon College is offering our EAA guests are:

• $8 per night fee for a third person in a double room (no extra bedding provided).
• Sheets/towels/blankets/soap/glass set up on each bed.
• Lighted parking lots.
• Free laundry facilities.
• Indoor swimming pool available each evening (no charge).
• TV lounges and vending machines in every residence hall. 
• Public bathrooms for men and women on each floor.
• 24-hour front desk coverage.
• Wireless hotspots are provided in most buildings (no Internet connectivity in room available). Please check the box on the reservation form to ensure a building with a hotspot.

Additional Information:

• We regret we are not able to provide cots or additional beds in the rooms.
• Residence Halls are not air-conditioned, so you may want to bring a fan.
• Ripon College is located 19 miles from the EAA grounds.
• Registration and check-in (2 to 11 p.m.) will be in Johnson Hall, located on Thorne Street.
• Keys are provided for security and must be returned to the registration desk at the time of checkout (10 a.m.).  There will be a $25 charge if the key is not returned.
• Refunds will be honored, except for a $15 handling fee, if postmarked by July 1, 2009.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Accepted method of payment: Check or money order. Entire balance is due prior to arrival.
