fundamental mission is to advance liberal learning. Dedicated to
the growth and development of the individual members of its community,
the College expects the rights of each individual to be respected.
Harassment includes behavior, speech or writing that demeans
or stereotypes individuals in a harmful way. Harassment may create
an intimidating, hostile or demeaning environment and often has
the effect of interfering with an individual's full and free participation
in the life of the College.
When such misconduct occurs, students may notify on of the designated
harassment resolution officers or may notify residence hall staff,
counselors, student personnel deans of the Student Judiciary Board.
Employees may notify a designated harassment resolution officer
or an immediate supervisor.
If you're unsure of whether there is cause for your concerns or
just want to talk about them, contact one of the designated harassment
resolution officers listed below. They are aware of the college's
policy, have experience in dealing with such matters and can offer
advice. The College will take all reasonable steps to ensure that
all contacts and information received will be held in strictest
confidence.
