Why am I receiving messages from the System Administrator
stating: "Your mailbox is over its size limit"?
As the message states, you will receive a warning when your mailbox
reaches 15000 KB. To make more space available, delete any items you no longer are using or move them to your personal folder file (.pst).
Items in all of your mailbox folders including the Deleted Items and
Sent Items folders count against your size limit. You must empty the
Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the space will not be
freed.
Why can't I send or reply to messages?
If you're not able to send or reply via OWA, your mailbox has exceeded
the size of 30000 KB. In order to restore sending ability, you will
need to clean your mailbox out. To make more space available, delete
any items you no longer are using or move them to your personal
folder file (.pst). Items in all of your mailbox folders including
the Deleted Items and Sent Items folders count against your size limit.
You must empty the Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the
space will not be freed.
Why can't I open messages in my Inbox?
Generally when students receive this message, it means that they have
a pop-up blocker or firewall installed on the machine. After the additional
software is removed, you will be able to access your messages.
