Visiting Assistant Professor – Human Anatomy and Physiology
Ripon College seeks full time visiting assistant professor with expertise and experience in teaching anatomy and physiology of humans starting January 2015, continuing until May 2016. Outstanding teacher with Ph.D. or other relevant terminal degree is recommended; ABD or significant progress toward Ph.D. will be considered. Responsibilities include teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II with labs, with the possibly of contributing to our introductory courses. Position may continue for additional semesters. Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach
Ripon College, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the Midwest Conference, is seeking a Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach. This is a full-time twelve month position with benefits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all aspects of coaching; recruiting, scheduling, travel and budget management. In addition other responsibilities will be required dependent upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Knowledge of and previous adherence to NCAA rules and regulations, as well as dedication to the academic development of the student-athlete is required. Bachelor’s degree and coaching experience required, master’s preferred. Position is effective immediately.

Digital Media Specialist
Ripon College, a nationally recognized liberal arts and sciences college in Ripon, WI, seeks a Digital Media Specialist to join its fast-paced, deadline-driven Marketing and Communications team.
This position will work to advance the institution’s brand and drive engagement among target audiences through the use of effective digital storytelling on the school’s websites, blogs, social media channels, and in other online communications. The successful candidate will generate videos, photos, web and email graphics, audio and website copy that conveys the Ripon experience and drives measurable results across all channels. He/She will provide project management for multimedia campaigns and ensure that the Ripon College image and brand is communicated consistently and appropriately through various platforms. Candidate should have an understanding of marketing principles and branding, and demonstrated success with producing social video. He/She also will be responsible for managing, organizing and optimizing Ripon’s photo and video libraries, and will assist in making regular updates to College websites and social media channels.
The Digital Media Specialist reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications and works closely with faculty, staff, students and alumni across the College community.

- Artfully capture and edit photos, videos, audio
- Compose copy for the website and social media outlets, and assist with web updates

Bachelor’s degree preferred in digital media production, marketing, communications, or graphic design, or a related field. Candidates with an Associate Degree in Digital Media or related field will be considered. 3-5 years work experience related to digital storytelling. Extensive knowledge of Final Cut and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop. Proficient with social sites including: YouTube, Google Apps, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Should have experience working with livestream software and web services such as YouTube Hangouts On Air). Proficient with desktop software in both PC and Mac environments. Ability to work some nights and weekends as required. Physically able to perform essential functions in a variety of settings.
