Long before becoming Vice President and Dean of Students at Ripon College, I started at Ripon College in 1980 as a Residence Hall Director.Every day, I have the opportunity to interact with members of our student body. It is so refreshing to witness their enthusiasm, curiosity, and drive. Ripon College students work hard in the classroom while also remaining active with extracurricular pursuits. Balancing the demands requires self discipline. 

Our students become pros at multi-tasking. They also graduate having had a full range of interaction with faculty, staff, and fellow students across a wide range of settings. It is no wonder that graduate schools and employers appreciate the well-rounded experiences of our graduates.

I am fortunate to work with a very dedicated team of professionals within the student affairs division of the College. We are all committed to the students’ well-being, whether that be in what they eat, where they sleep, their emotional well- being, their academic success, or the leisure time pursuits they desire. We encourage students to enjoy all that Ripon College has to offer.
