Alumni News: Cheryl Rofer ’63 Op-Ed

RoferC2 Ripon College alumna Cheryl Rofer ’63 had an opinion piece published in the February 27th edition of Canada’s Globe and Mail newspaper. In her editorial, “Is Iran building a bomb? A nuclear scientist says we need to look closer,” Rofer examines the evidence available to the general public regarding Iran’s facilities and its ability to produce nuclear weapons.

Rofer, who worked at the Los Alamos National Laboratory for 35 years, is also the CEO of Nuclear Diner, an online forum for “discussing all aspects of nuclear energy from all points of view.”
