Head Coach John Dinegan

John Dinegan is in his fourth season as head coach of the Ripon
College women's tennis team. Dinegan is working hard to turn the
program around. After winning just one match in each of his first two seasons,
Dinegan and his team hope to keep improving and move up the ranks of the Midwest Conference this
season.
Besides coaching tennis, Dinegan also serves as assistant coach
on the men's basketball team, while teaching courses in the exercise
science program, including weight training and fitness, along with
some method courses and a community recreation course.
Dinegan came to Ripon College after spending 19 years in Michigan Public Schools as a teacher, administrator, and coach.
Dinegan received his bachelor's degree in physical education from
the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, before earning his master's
degree in athletic administration from Western Michigan University.
Dinegan and his wife, Emily, have one son, Patrick, who is three years old.
