RIPON, Wis. - The Red Hawks took several of their matches deep Sunday, but Carroll was just too much to handle, as the Pioneers won 7-2. Carroll dominated doubles competition, winning all three matches, while winning four of the six singles matches.

The Red Hawks were able to win the number two and five singles matches, as Mara Evans and Alecia Kiszonas came away victorious. Each player lost their first match 2-6, but rallied for a three set victory. The other four singles matches lasted just two sets.

Ripon's next contest will be Tuesday, as they'll travel to Appleton, Wis. to take on conference foe Lawrence University at 2:30 p.m.
