GREEN LAKE, Wis. - Ripon hosted their annual Invitational Tournament Saturday against rival MWC schools Beloit, Carroll, and St. Norbert. The Red Hawks finished third, out of three team scores, as Beloit did not qualify for a team score.

Gina Heckl led all Ripon golfers with an 87 through the one round. She was followed by Rachel Storlie, who shot a 100, Megan Anderson's 139, and Amanda Flannery's 149. The team finished with a 475.

St. Norbert came away victorious, shooting a 356, while Carroll bridged the gap with a 372. The medalist in the invitational was Andrea Liebelt of St. Norbert, who shot an 81. Carroll's top golfer, Leah Fiestadt wasn't far behind, shooting an 82. Ripon's Heckl finished third in individual scoring.

Ripon will be in action once again next weekend, as they'll make the trip to Oshkosh for the UW-Oshkosh Invitational on September 9th.
