Edgewood, Wis. - The Red Hawks traveled to Edgewood College Wednesday and easily disposed of them in three games, 30-21, 30-24, 30-18. The Red Hawks were in control throughout, as they won their first three game match of the year. The win puts Ripon over .500 for the first time this year.

Ripon was led by Amy Patton and Ashley Schertz who finished the match with nine and eight kills, respectively. Mary Friend chipped in with 19 assists, while Ashley Redman recorded 12 of her own. Christy Looker led the team with three service aces, while Sara Heim recorded a team-high 20 digs.

The Red Hawks will look for their third win in a row this weekend, as they'll travel to Aurora University to take part in the Aurora Tournament. Their first game will begin at 5:00 on Friday against Wheaton College.
