RIPON, Wis. - Jenni Marcell had a perfect day at Saturday's Sherman-Lukoski Invite, which was Ripon's first outdoor meet of the season. The senior from Mosinee, Wis. competed in four field events, winning all four. Tuesday, she was rewarded for her performance with the Midwest Conference Field Performer of the Week award.

Marcell placed first in the shot put (39’09.50”), discus (123’04.25”), hammer throw (132’11.25”) and javelin (107’07.75”) events to help the Red Hawk women to a third-place team finish. This marks Marcell's third MWC Performer of the Week award of her career, and the first such award this year.
