RIPON, Wis. - Ripon senior Parker Heaps helped Ripon win Friday's dual meet against Beloit College. In the process, he picked up his first Midwest Conference Performer of the Week award, as released Tuesday by the conference office. This marks the first-ever performer of the week award for the West Bend, Wis. native.

Heaps was the only Ripon men's swimmer to win multiple events against Beloit, taking first-place in the 1650 freestyle and 400 IM with times of 4:55.15 and 18:50.02, respectively.  His 1650 freestyle time was nearly three minutes better than the second-place swimmer.
