APPLETON, Wis. - Both the men's and women's teams fared similarly over the weekend, finishing in fifth place in the UW-Oshkosh Invitational, which was held at Lawrence University. The two-day event featured three state schools (UW-Eau Claire, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Whitewater) and two Midwest Conference schools (Ripon and Lawrence).

The men's team finished with 216 combined points, while the women's team ended the meet with 302 combined points. UW-Eau Claire won both the men's and women's competitions, finishing more than 100 points ahead of the second place team both times.

Ripon will welcome back swimmers from years past on Friday, as they'll host their annual Alumni swim meet. The action will begin at 6:00 at Storzer Center.
