RIPON, Wis. - Ripon's men's soccer team won both games they played last week, including an overtime victory at Edgewood College. A big reason for their 2-0 record last week was Demba Camara, who on Monday was named Midwest Conference Offensive Performer of the Week. He is the first Fall 2008 Red Hawk Performer of the Week in any sport.

Ripon defeated Finlandia (MI) 9-0 and Edgewood 3-2, with Camara contributing on half of the team’s combined 12 goals. Against Finlandia, Camara scored one goal and had two assists. The following day at Edgewood, Camara scored another goal, while assisting on two more scores, which accounted for all the Ripon goals in the game.
