Red Hawks Grab Three Spots On All-Conference Team

RIPON, Wis. - The Ripon College men's soccer team saw three players earn All-Conference honors Wednesday, as released by the conference office. Juniors Kris Hanson, Demba Camara, and Chris Quillman were each recognized with Second Team honors in a season that saw them lead Ripon to a 5-9-3 record and a sixth place finish in the MWC.

Hanson, who was named to the second team for the third consecutive year, played in 16 of Ripon's 17 games this season, leading the team in goals with six. Hanson also recorded two assists on the year, giving him 14 points, which tied for second on the team. He recorded one of Ripon's five game-winning goals. Camara also had one game-winner, while scoring five goals on the season. Camara also added four assists, giving him 14 points and earning him second team honors for the second time in his career. Quillman led the team with 15 points, showing his all-around game with five goals and five assists. This marks Quillman's first All-Conference selection.
