Eight Red Hawks Named All-Conference

RIPON, Wis. – The Ripon College baseball team experienced a successful season in 2008, which saw them accumulate the fourth-most wins (27) in school history. Tuesday, several players were rewarded for their hard work throughout the season, with an MWC All-Conference nod. Selected to the first team were third baseman Nick Beaman, designated hitter Alex Duros, outfielder Nate Paul, first baseman Mac Shumann, and pitcher Mike Lloyd. Men And Women Each Finish Sixth At MWC Championships

GALESBURG, Ill. - The Red Hawk men's and women's track and field teams experienced identical sixth place finishes at this weekend's Midwest Conference Championships. Ripon Loses Midwest Conference Championship To Knox

GALESBURG, Ill. – Ripon had two chances to win their fifth consecutive Midwest Conference Championship on Saturday, but their powerful offense was silenced for much of the day by tournament host Knox College, who defeated the Red Hawks 4-2 and 5-4 to win the MWC crown. Ripon's Magical Season Comes To An End At Regionals

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The Red Hawks dream of a trip to the College Softball World Series disappeared Friday afternoon with a 3-0 loss to Illinois Wesleyan, knocking them out of the double-elimination tournament.
