Ride the Ceresco Prairie Conservancy Mountain Bike Trail
Thanks to the Pepsi Refresh Project, the International Mountain Bicycling Association and hours of volunteer effort, Ripon has its very own singletrack mountain bike trail. Bring your bike and explore roughly 2 miles of sustainable dirt trail designed specifically for mountain bikers. Hikers are welcome as well, but the trail is closed to all users when wet; so please check conditions before riding or hiking. More information can be found at redhawks.ripon.edu/riponmtb

Alumni of all ages and skill levels are invited to join current lacrosse players for a friendly co-ed game. Players are encouraged to bring their own equipment, if possible. STAYING ON CAMPUS
Alumni selecting campus accommodations will be housed in Tri-Dorms or Johnson Hall on a first-come, first-served basis. We will group reunion years together, when possible.

Complimentary campus housing will be provided for members of all of the Golden “R” classes (years 1964 and all prior years).

Tri-Dorms and Johnson Hall will remain unlocked throughout the weekend. Guests will be issued keys for their rooms. Keys can be picked up during registration hours or after hours in Johnson Hall. You are advised to lock your room when it is unoccupied.

Room keys must be deposited in the orange box near the front desk of Tri-Dorms or Johnson Hall by 10 a.m. Sunday.

Linen, towel, soap, pillow and blanket (one per bed) are provided. Children may stay in the same room with their parents. Since rooms are not air conditioned, you may wish to bring a small electric fan.

HIGHWAY 23 CONSTRUCTION
23 constructionFor those traveling between Ripon and Green Lake (especially for lodging and the Red Hawks Golf Scramble) please note that highway 23 between Green Lake and Ripon is under construction this summer. Detours will be marked, but a suggested route is linked below.

HIGHWAY 49 CONSTRUCTION
Highway 49 constructionFor those traveling to Ripon from the South, Highway 49 is closed between Waupun and Brandon. For those traveling on 151 North we recommend:
Take exit 148 and travel North on highway 26 towards Rosendale.
In Rosendale, turn left on highway 23 towards Ripon.

Ripon summers, like our winters, can be extreme. We suggest business casual attire.

FOOD SERVICE
To assist in planning, meal reservations are appreciated and should be indicated on the registration form. Please note any special needs, including vegetarian or vegan meals.

We’ll be sharing photos, videos and social media updates right here. If you have pictures you’d like to share with us over the course of the weekend, you can email them or share them on Dropbox with publications@ripon.edu, or you can tweet/instagram to @riponcollege and use #riponaw14.

Registration

Walkers at the 5k Alumni Weekend pre-registration is now closed, however walk-in registrations will be open at The Pub on campus. Cancellations prior to Friday, June 13, 2014 will receive a full refund. To receive confirmation of your reservation, please call 920-748-8126.

When you arrive on campus you must register at The Pub in Harwood Memorial Union to confirm meal and activity reservations, housing assignment, etc.
