Concerned about making new friends at college? No worries. By the time you're through Ripon's orientation sessions, you'll have a roomful.

The college sponsors two orientation programs. A preliminary orientation is held at the beginning of summer so you can meet your academic adviser, plan your course schedule and be introduced to some of your new classmates.

Before the start of each semester — in August and January — there's an in-depth, multi-day orientation session when you'll get a thorough introduction to life on campus.
