First-Year Student:
Julia Heinrich
Hey! My name is Julia Heinrich and I'm a first-year student at Ripon College. I’m planning to major in both Philosophy and Art, but my classes right now are more geared towards first-year-studies. I'm involved with the Forensics team here at Ripon, and I am a member of the costume crew in the theatre department. My interests are pretty much endless, but so far I've found activities and organizations that meet those! The friends I've made here are wonderful! When we’re not in class, you can usually find us watching movies, exploring Ripon, or drinking tea or cocoa in my residence hall room.

I am a politics and government major, I am on the forensics team, and I work in both the alumni office and the admission office! So if you have any questions please let me know.

After changing my mind about nine times, I have finally decided to major in business and minor in communication. I have a very busy schedule, but it is a combination of fun and work. I’m involved with SMAC (Student Media and Activities Committee), SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise), Equestrian Club, and my favorite, Paintball Club! I’m also a proud member of the Red Hawk swim team! I love it! I am often found in the admission office working as Amanda Henke’s right hand woman, as well as working as a student ambassador. In my free time I love to spend time with my friends. We do everything from making cookies, to watching movies, to shopping, going for coffee and even singing karaoke!

Seniors:
Kendall Guimond
Hi, my name is Kendall Guimond. I’m a senior English and French major, economics minor, from Claremont, Calif. I’m the special projects intern in the admission office and I’m involved in SMAC (Student Media and Activities Committee), intramurals, the Billiards and Recreation Club, swimming and tennis. I’m also a senior fundraising officer and an Advancement Agent. In my free time, I like to hang out with my roommates (in the new senior apartments!), visit Green Lake, watch movies with Theta Chi, and play touch football on upper Sadoff. How did a California girl end up in snowy Wisconsin? I chose Ripon because I wanted a change, I wanted to go away from home but have that homey feel at the same time. The moment I stepped on campus I knew it was the right place for me. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you and helping in any way I can.

Leila Keita
Hi, my name is Leila Keita and I am a senior communication and French major. I was born and raised in Northfield, Minn., a small college town located about 45 minutes from the Twin Cities. You may ask your self, how does a girl from a small college town in Minnesota, end up in an even smaller college town in Wisconsin? Let's just say I met a great admissions recruiter from Ripon and as they say, the rest is history! I have had the best three years of my life at Ripon and I can't wait to see what great things I have to look forward to during my senior year! I can't wait to graduate and start my life after college, but at the same time I'm already very emotional and sad about having to leave Ripon!
