Hello! My name is Em Joseph, and as the Regional Director of Admission based in Chicago, it is my distinct pleasure to work with students from the great state of Illinois.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from a small liberal arts college, and the liberal arts education is one I value and believe in. As a student, I was involved in Big Brothers-Big Sisters, theater club, residence council and S.I.F.E. I also was an admission assistant, and I volunteered at a local elementary school.

My work in higher education consists of small and large schools in both private and public settings. I earned my master's degree in human services and counseling. I enjoy working with students and their families throughout the entire college search process. Seeing students get excited about the search process is something I find very rewarding and fulfilling. Being a well-rounded student is an experience that will assist you well beyond your undergraduate career. Ripon College offers an outstanding academic experience with opportunities for extracurricular activities in a beautiful residential setting.
