Hello!

I'm Amanda Henke, assistant director of admission here at Ripon College. I have the privilege of working with our students from northeastern Wisconsin as well as Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Although I am originally from upstate New York, I now call Oakfield, Wis., (a small town near Ripon) home.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in communication with a business administration minor and my master’s degree in adult education. I was very involved as a student in everything from being a resident assistant to student government at the college and state levels and show choir, and I loved every minute of it! I am a firm believer in the value of a liberal arts education with tons of opportunity to get involved -- one of the many reasons I was drawn to Ripon College.

In my free time, I like to read, cook, play Scrabble, spend time with friends and family… you name it! I’m usually busy doing something!

I have had the opportunity to work in both public and private higher education and look forward to helping you find out if Ripon College is the right place for you.
