{ Meet Heidi Christensen }

Hello from Ripon College!

I’m Heidi Christensen, a 2000 graduate of Ripon College, and the Assistant Director of ASAP (Alumni/Parents Supporting the Admission Process) and Special Admission Programs. As a student at Ripon, I majored in Communications and minored in Theater. Beyond my studies I was also involved in many campus activities. That’s what I loved about Ripon! I could participate in theater, choir, band, orientation committee, sorority life, and have a part-time job without compromising the superior educational setting that Ripon provided.

After graduation, I moved to Appleton, WI and worked in recruiting and sales. However, almost three years later I was given the opportunity to come back and join the Admissions department managing the Fox Valley and West Coast states. It has been an exciting few years working here, and I am looking forward to working with anyone who may be interested in learning more about Ripon College.

Besides work, I really enjoy the town of Ripon. There is always something going on! We have a great community to live in. In my free time I like cooking, card playing, and traveling, and when I get a chance to get back home to Eagle River, WI, I like to go horseback riding. However, that's just the beginning. The many seasons of Wisconsin allow me to enjoy outdoor activities all year round!
