Criteria: Open to ALL Ripon College students; after completing first year

Expectations:

• Satisfactory completion of one course designated by the director of the program as having a specific ethical leadership component.
• Attendance at eight all-campus events sanctioned by Program and participation in post-event discussions.
• Participation in one of the three major events of the year (Ethics Bowl, Retreat or Workshop), (effective as of August 2006)
• Participation in a listed campus organization. Student will have a significant role in planning one sponsored event and completion of one-page assessment of event.
• Meetings with student advisers to discuss ethical leadership issues and their progress in completing the program.

Outcomes: Special certificate issued upon graduation for successful completion of Red Course in Ethical Leadership Program.
