The Ripon College Program for Ethical leadership is an all-campus program that aims to provide students at Ripon College with multiple opportunities to explore for themselves theoretical and practical issues related to ethical leadership, to develop their own vision of themselves as ethical leaders and to begin to practice ethical leadership within their college campus and community.

The College's emphasis on analysis, communication and problem-solving in the curriculum makes this program particularly fitting for Ripon's liberal arts and sciences education. The College boasts one of the oldest and best-developed programs in Leadership Studies in the nation, as well as a long tradition of student leadership in a wide variety of activities. This program capitalizes on Ripon's unique strengths and creates an atmosphere that encourages critical thinking about ethical issues while providing the practical experience necessary to create strong student leaders.
