The Ripon College Certification Program for Ethical Leadership is a specially developed group of academic and co-curricular activities aimed at giving participating student both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in dealing with issues related to ethical leadership. The Certification Program has two levels: a one-year Red Group and a two-year Gold Group. Completion of the Program at each level will be recognized at graduation with a special certificate issued by the College.
