Ken Pinckney is vice president for commercial banking at Johnson Bank in Milwaukee, Wis., where he manages a $50 million commercial loan portfolio. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in banking, including high-level management positions at First Bank and M&I.

Pinckney is vice chair of the board of managers for the Schroeder YMCA and Aquatic Center in Brown Deer, Wis., where his support of the competitive swim program earned him the Schroeder YMCA Volunteer of the Year award in 2005. He also chairs the board of directors for St. Charles Youth and Family Services and is treasurer of Milwaukee’s Urban Economic Development Council.

Pinckney was named Small Business Advocate of the Year in 1998 by the U.S. Small Business Administration and received a Wisconsin Supplier Development Council Individual Initiative Award in 1996.

Pinckney earned a bachelor’s degree from Ripon College in 1981 and attended the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School at St. Norbert College in 1986. He was inducted into the Ripon College Athletic Hall of Fame in 1996 for his accomplishments as an undergraduate football player and wrestler.
