| Deano has coached forensics for 15 years and works with all genres of events. If he could coach all day and night, he would coach extemp non-stop. Deano teaches courses in communication (particularly film criticism) at Ripon College and directs the Collaborative Learning Center. Deano has coached over 250 events to nationals qualifications. | Nicknamed the "Quiet Destroyer" by some members of the Ripon Forensics team, Vicki is the "nice coach" - but her coaching is rock solid and if you don't practice.. well, just see what happens. Vicki is an interp specialist. When Vicki competed in college, she set a team record for number of events at nationals- eight. She also won the state championship in dramatic interpretation |

| Katie is a very hands-on coach who directs students, line-by-line, until they master their craft. Student profress with Katie's expert coaching pays big dividends in short periods of time. She demands the best and wants hard work in return. When Katie competed for Ripon she was a national quarterfinalist in after dinner speaking and won Wisconsin State Championships in events such a duo interpretation |

| Guy is working on his master's degree in communication from Colorado State University. Guy has a great time coaching and will be the go-to-gu... uhm.. person for fun things to do at camp. Guy is a public address and limited prep specialist who won the state championship title and became a national quarterfinalist in extemp. |

Liz Leach

| Liz is graduating this year from Ripon College. She is attending the University of Denver for graduate study in student affairs in the fall. Liz works at the National Forensics League office in downtown Ripon. If you need ideas for great topics or pieces talk to Liz. She coaches all genres of events and won the junior varsity pentathlon award at the prestigious L.E. Norton Invitational at Bradley University in 2004, breaking four of her six events into final rounds. |
