Position Title(s): Assistant Coach
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements: Coaching young athletes in the specifics of swimming and proper stroke technique, while encouraging a fun and learning atmosphere.  Key areas of responsibility: Teaching proper stroke techniques; Supervision of athletes during practice; Assist Head Coach; Writing workouts for specified training group.
Description or Additional Information: Term of Employment: 12 months
Experience/Qualifications: Knowledge of the four competitive swim storkes; USA Swimming Coaches Certifcation and ASCA certification (may be filled after employment); CPR, AED, and Safety Training for coaches or Lifeguards; Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to motivate young athletes.

Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements: Be a mentor to a 10 year old boy who has high functioning autism.  The position would inlcude helping him navigate social situations in the community and practicing appropriate boundaries, work with him on physical fitness and swimming at the YMCA in Oshkosh.    He loves NASCAR and fishing and would really like to learn how to play sports such as baseball or football.
Description or Additional Information: Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week; Rate is $14.00 - 21.00 per hour depending on experience.
Experience/Qualifications: Well qualified candidates should have some experience with autistic individuals or experience with kids who have challenging behaviors; We would prefer a male; Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.

Position Title(s): Babysitter(s)
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements: Need a part time babysitter, preferably available every other Friday evening starting September 5th, 2008 from 7 pm to about midnight.  Also needing occasional days or other evenings depending on student's school schedule.  The children are ages 7 yrs, 5 yrs. and 7 months, all boys.  The older boys are quite self-sufficient, except for food preparation.  The 7 month old is crawling, so a watchful eye is a must.
Description or Additional Information: You might not be baby sitting for all children.  There might be times when it is just one (the baby) or two or all three.  The starting rate is $5 per hour for just the baby.  Each additional child is $2  per hour per child up to a total of $9 per hour.  We pay cash.  You will most likely have 2 children to watch every other Friday and variable during the week dependent on time of day and day of the week.
Experience/Qualifications: Prefer mature personality, prefer someone that drives, but not mandatory.  Prefer someone that is either CPR or First Aid trained.  Prefer someone that has had babysitting or childcare experience.
