Tapas are small portions of food usually served as an appetizer or snack between meals. They can be cold or warm.  In Spain many restaurants offer tapas for free when drinks are ordered.  In the United States there are many tapas restaurants where a complete meal can be made of these tiny appetizers.

 

The recipes we have selected for this show can be prepared all together for a small dinner party buffet or individually as appetizers.  The recipes range from simple to more complex depending on the amount of time you have for preparation.

Whatever recipes you choose, be sure to try Sarjit's very special Sangria along with your tapas!
