Ingredients
1 package field greens, washed and drained
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of salt
Dash of ground black pepper
Place field greens in large salad bowl. Combine all remaining ingredients in a salad cruet and shake well. Pour over field greens just before serving.
