Head Coach Stephanie Kromm
Stephanie Kromm is in her fourth year as head coach of the Ripon College dance team, having instructed students since 2003. The 2008-09 school year marks the fourth year that dance has been a varsity sport, after being a club sport for the previous three years. Kromm led the Red Hawks to a first place finish in the Red Hawk's first ever competition in 2006.
Kromm is originally from Omro, Wis., where she graduated from Omro High School. Kromm has nine years of dance experience on both the Omro middle and high school dance teams. She was a member of the Omro High School varsity dance team for four years. After high school, Kromm was a member of the Fond du Lac Crusaders dance team in the Ironman Football League (IFL).
Prior to becoming the head coach at Ripon, Kromm coached the Omro High School dance team in 2003 and the UW-Oshkosh dance team in 2004, before returning to Omro the following year. In addition to coaching the Red Hawks, Kromm also currently serves as the dance coach at Lourdes High School in Oshkosh, Wis.
Kromm currently resides in Oshkosh, Wis., where she is pursuing her bachelor's degree at UW-Oshkosh. She lives with her fiance, Eric Hawkins.
